Prayer Sanctuary
Prayer is a practice of attention, hope, and connection.
The Church of New Enchantment offers this sanctuary as a place to hold intentions and seek the support of a spiritual community.
Recent intentions
Sending love and light to everyone walking a hard road tonight. May your burden feel a little lighter and may you know you are not alone on this journey.
Today I am just grateful to be alive, to have made it through a season that nearly undid me. I am standing on the other side and the sun feels different now. Thank you.
Please bring peace to my brother's heart. He has been carrying so much anger and grief for years and it breaks my heart to watch him suffer. I believe healing is possible for him.
Please soften the hardness between myself and someone I love dearly. We have not spoken in months and it is breaking my heart. I am willing to be the one who reaches out first.
I am asking for clarity about my calling. I feel a pull toward something I cannot yet name. Please help me hear the still small voice within and have the courage to follow it.
Please wrap my daughter in a circle of light as she travels far from home this month. Keep her safe, keep her heart open, and help her find her way back to herself.
I am in the middle of the most difficult change of my life and some days I cannot see the other side. Please hold me steady in the fire. I believe I am becoming who I am meant to be.
Please hold my mother in your light as she recovers from surgery. We are trusting in the divine plan and asking for strength and peace for our whole family during this time.
I lost a pregnancy earlier this year and most people do not know. I carry this quietly most days but tonight I just need to say it out loud and ask for prayer.
I am at a crossroads and genuinely unsure which path forward is right. I am asking for a clear sign, a quiet knowing, or a gentle nudge from the angels who watch over me.
A prayer of blessing for the ministers and all those who serve this community so faithfully. May everything you give out return to you a hundredfold in peace and joy.
Lifting up my community and everyone who is frightened right now. May we be held, may we be brave, and may we remember that light always finds a way through the dark.
